Representative Kerttula brought up reconsideration of the vote on              
CSHB 133(FIN) (page 1007).                                                     
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to municipal service areas and providing for voter           
approval of the formation, alteration, or abolishment of certain               
service areas; and providing for an effective date."                           
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 133(FIN) pass the
